The hotel offers spacious and modern suites with all necessary appliances, although there were some remnants from previous guests that needed attention. The shower issue was promptly resolved by the helpful staff. Keep in mind that it is more of a residence than a traditional hotel, so there is no room cleaning or towel service available.

My stay at the residence was quite comfortable and satisfying. The rooms were elegantly furnished with high-quality appliances and beds. However, the lack of room cleaning and fresh towels was a downside. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff providing excellent assistance. The location was a bit challenging without a car, but close to the New Istanbul Airport. The dining options were good, although lacking variety. Overall, a decent stay at this residence.
